Drag and drop this VI snippet into your block diagram window.

Then create a Excel file in any directory and give it a name.

Make sure that the extension of the file format should be .xls not .xlsx.

Browse the file path from the front panel of the VI.

I have taken constant values 0,1 and 2 inside while loop, but it can be variables whose value is continuously changing and you want to update in each iteration of the while loop in the document.
